Committee Head
Hi guys! My name is Nithya, and I'm excited to serve as your committee head for Women in Medicine this year! At TAMS, I'm on the General Math and Science Track, and I also serve as the co-Competitions Director for JETS. In my free time, I love painting with my gouaches, listening to music (especially Frank Ocean and Bruno Mars), and going on side-quests around UNT! I look forward to working with you guys and encourage you all to pursue medicine, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hi everyone! My name is Nihitha Valagonda, and I’m so excited to be serving as your Committee Head for Women in Medicine this year! I’m looking forward to helping plan events, support our organization, and create a welcoming community where we can learn from one another and connect with inspiring physicians. I’m also the Director of Marketing for Ambassadors, so I love getting involved on campus and helping bring people together. Outside of my organizations, I love going out to eat with friends, reading, spending time outside, and exploring new places whenever I can. I’m also always down for boba runs, late-night talks, and trying new ice cream shops around campus. I can’t wait to meet all of you this year, so don’t hesitate to reach out or come say hi at one of our events!
